The office of the PTA Praxis für teamorientierte Arbeitsgestaltung GmbH in Zurich was formed in 2001. The head quarter is located in Cologne, Germany and exists since 1993. Our team works for well-known companies in Switzerland and worldwide. Our many years of experience and our strong network of cooperation partners allow us to work at the highest professional levels not only in German but also in French, English, Spanish, Czech, Polish and Chinese.
We specialize in creating an employee-friendly work environment. Our expertise in team management, management development, teamwork and continuous improvement process (in German: KVP) comes from our involvement in many projects both at home and abroad.
We moderate workshops on a large variety of issues with both imagination and engagement.
