Management teams can be the key to a company’s success. They have the potential to either be a role model or a lurking annoyance. If they cause friction, it will create losses and there’s even the potential for them to develop into a bothersome evil. Only when there’s a concentrated and consequential focus on teamwork at the top level can the company reach its full potential.
