	Many people perceive that their daily workload is on the rise and they feel under increasing pressure to perform. At the same time, reaching goals as a “lone warrior” becomes increasingly difficult. Skills like sharing information, cooperation and problem solving are becoming increasingly important.

	Many people view conflicts as an almost insurmountable challenge. Instead of working together to clear barriers from the path, they forge ahead. What begins as a small annoyance can later turn into a big problem. Destructive tensions emerge from what could have been a productive conflict.

	The two-day PTA seminar is offered to employees and managers interested in building their conflict-solving competence. The training includes practical examples, tips, guidelines and many chances to practice. The key focus remains on how to handle the conflict in the most positive way possible. One thing is for sure – that conflicts are inevitable. But it’s important to learn how to avoid letting them devolve into a crisis.
